RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE SCOOP ON RETURNS?
We’re all about making haircare simple and stress-free, and that includes returns. If something didn’t work out, we’re here to help. Just email us at team@unwash.com within 30 days of when your order was delivered, and we’ll walk you through the return process.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We accept returns on items that are unopened or gently used and still in their original condition.
A few things we’re not able to take back:
• Items that are heavily used
• Returns outside the 30-day window
• Partial kits or bundles (they need to be returned as a complete set)
• Gifts with purchase
HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will go back to your original payment method. We don’t offer store credit at this time.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMANGED?
That’s not the experience we want for you. Send us your order number and a photo to team@unwash.com and we’ll make it right.
WHAT IF I DIDN'T BUY FROM UNWASH.COM?
We can only process returns for orders placed on unwash.com. If you purchased from another retailer, their customer service team will be able to help.
