We’ve made it super easy! Your subscription automatically renews based on the delivery interval you choose, and your favorite products will be shipped right to your door after each renewal. No need to reorder - just sit back and relax. For example, if you’re on a monthly subscription, we’ll charge your card every month, and your products will arrive right on time.

Of course! You’re in control! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime through the customer portal - no strings attached. Just keep in mind, that if your subscription has a minimum number of payments, you’ll need to complete those first. You can access your portal through the magic link in your subscription email or by creating an account on our site.

Need to skip or reschedule? No problem. In your customer portal, you’ll find a “Skip Payment” button next to each delivery. If you need to reschedule, just hit “Reschedule” next to the delivery date.

Yes, you can! Head over to your customer portal, click “Edit” next to your current products, and you can add, remove, or adjust your subscription as you like.

Orders over $50 within the Continental United States score Free Standard Shipping. We’ll typically ship your orders within 24-48 hours, and can expect delivery within 3-7 business days after shipping. Just a heads up, we ship Monday through Friday and take a breather on weeknds and holidays. Oh, and once we’ve shipped, original fees are non-refundable.

If your package was damaged during transit, don’t worry! Save the box and products, and shoot us an email at team@unwash.com. Include some pics and details, and we’ll sort it out pronto. Just a heads up, Unwash isn’t responsible for any transit-incuded damages.
